Return and Cancellation

Sectus Sub provides a high-level e-commerce experience, offering complete and detailed descriptions of our products. We respect our customers’ right to change their mind and offer the possibility of returning products, in accordance with the applicable legislation (Law 2251/94), under specific conditions that ensure the quality and safety of the products.

Return Conditions

To accept a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging.
The return must include the original purchase receipt (copies are not accepted).
Customized products or products made to order cannot be returned.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and the products will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Process

Before initiating any return, it is required to contact the company, either by phone or through the contact form on our website. The return of products is carried out at the customer’s responsibility and expense, unless the return is due to an error on Sectus Sub’s part, in which case the return costs will be covered by us after prior agreement.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is possible before the invoicing or shipment of the order. In this case, an email must be sent through the contact form, including the customer’s details and the order number. Cancellation will not incur any charges.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the product within 10 business days, under the return conditions, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.
